IWU MSM Program Curriculum
IWU's MSM online degree program is an easy and flexible way to build the skills you need to be a better manager and prepare for career advancement. Our affordable 36 credit hour MSM program is designed to help you develop and advance your personal and technical skills as a working professional in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. The online degree program offers the same diploma that is received by Indiana Wesleyan University's on-campus students, but you gain the freedom to study and go to class in the comfort of your own home or another location of your choice.
The MSM online degree program is career-oriented, emphasizing the building of your management and leadership skills and how to create a 21st century business environment. Apply now to study with a faculty comprised of leaders in the management, communications, and organizational fields.
Career Excellence Through Service
The program revolves around the ideal of Servant-Leadership, a philosophy based in the Christian tradition that redefines a leader as one who serves the needs of others to benefit the organization as a whole and not for the promotion of the individual through the wielding of power. The main themes explored in the curriculum of the online degree program are centered on using character and ethics along with your skills in strategy, decision-making, quality, and understanding the dynamics of change in organizations. You also learn to use Servant-Leadership skills to foster collaboration and trust to empower yourself and those who work for you.
