IWU BSBA Program Admission Requirements
Admission Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of two years of significant full-time work experience or its equivalent.
- Original (official) transcripts from all previous college or university studies at regionally accredited institutions or an institution accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education.
- Prior completion of at least 60 transferrable credit hours from a regionally accredited college or university or an institution accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education.
* Contact your program representative for more information about prerequisite requirements. If you have 36 to 59 credit-hours of previous college course work, click here to find out about our unique "Bridge" program that will allow you to immediately start working toward your bachelor's degree.
For those whose first language is NOT English, the minimum TOEFL score is set at 550 (CBT=213 or Internet Score=79).
So that we can be sure international students have the appropriate college/university level education, another requirement is a "course by course" evaluation of your transcripts done by an organization such as Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE).
THIS EVALUATION IS REQUIRED FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE OBTAINED ANY OF THEIR COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY CREDIT DEGREES FROM INSTITUTIONS LOCATED IN COUNTRIES OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES.
(Graduates of some universities and colleges in Canada are also exempt from this "evaluation" requirement.) You may learn more about ECE and what it does by visiting their website at http://www.ece.org
